DIVERSITY in my career and life has proven to be both advantageous and
beneficial in many ways.
Having diversity means possessing the knowledge and understanding in different
fields of study by obtaining a wide range of skills, viewpoints, interests, and
background experiences. In addition to a consortium of different perspectives,
diversity can include an openness among all people and cultures.
